ClearviewPools ("ClearviewPools," "we," "us," or "our") provides residential pool cleaning and maintenance services to homeowners in El Paso, Texas and the surrounding valley. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website and in the course of providing service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
We only collect information that helps us quote and deliver pool service.
- Information you give us. Your name, phone number, service address, details about your pool (size, surface type, equipment), photos you send us, and any notes you include when you call or text for a quote.
- Service records. Visit dates, chemical readings, work performed, equipment observations, and scheduling or billing history tied to your property.
- Automatically collected information. Standard technical data that our hosting provider logs when you visit this site, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring page. This is used for security and basic traffic analysis.
How We Use Information
- Respond to quote requests and answer questions about your pool.
- Schedule, route, and perform weekly or one-time pool service.
- Send service notes, chemical readings, scheduling changes, and invoices.
- Maintain records of work performed and equipment history at your property.
- Improve this website, our routes, and our service quality.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
Text Messages and Phone Calls
Texting is the primary way we communicate with customers. When you call or text our business number, we keep your phone number and the content of that conversation so we can quote accurately and service your pool. We use your number for service-related messages such as quotes, scheduling, arrival notices, service notes, and billing. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can ask us to stop texting you at any time by replying STOP or telling your technician.
How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers. Vendors who help us operate the business — such as website hosting, scheduling or invoicing software, and payment processing — and who may only use the information to perform those services for us.
- Our technicians. The technician assigned to your route receives the information needed to find and service your pool.
- Legal requirements. When we are required to do so by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, our team, or the public.
- Business transfer. If the business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.
Payment Information
We do not store full credit or debit card numbers. Card payments are handled by a third-party payment processor, and that processor's own privacy practices apply to the payment data it collects.
Cookies and Analytics
This site may use cookies or similar technologies, including those set by embedded third-party tools such as our chat and voice assistant widgets, to keep the site working properly and to understand how visitors use it. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the site behave.
Third-Party Links and Tools
This website includes third-party tools and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies before providing information to them.
Data Retention
We keep customer and service records for as long as you are a customer and afterward for as long as we need them for legitimate business purposes, such as warranty questions, tax and accounting requirements, and dispute resolution. When records are no longer needed, we delete or destroy them.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Texas Privacy Rights
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Texas residents may have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to confirm whether we process your personal data and to request a copy of it. We do not sell personal data. To make a request, call or text us at the number below; we may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
Children's Privacy
Our services are offered to homeowners and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and it takes effect when posted.
